Our Turkey Hats

Our Feast. It was fun to see what each of the kids brought to share with the class.

Turkey Lurkey our Turkey friend who had lost all of his feathers. It was fun to see what the kids said they were thankful for, especially because I asked them right after we had made some pilgrim books.

Shape-a-saurus

I'm sad that we don't have a picture of the finished product but we had fun learning about how we could use different shapes (oval, circle, square, triangle, and rectangle) to make a dinosaur.

Dinosaurs!

November's Theme was Dinosaurs!!! This was definitely one of our favorites. We had fun pretending to be paleontologists and carefully search for dinosaur bones using paint brushes. We learned about fossils and created some of our one using dinosaur figuring to create impressions in clay that we cooked and painted.
